All products by Meluku are thoughtfully made to order. While we strive to represent colours and details as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the handcrafted nature of the products. Minor irregularities in texture, weave, print, or finish are a part of the making process and celebrate the uniqueness of each piece.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. Since every piece is specially made for you, orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned once confirmed. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeline; however, occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. Meluku shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
