All our products are made to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 15 working days from the date of placing your order for your piece to be crafted and dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

All our products are pre-washed before reaching you. To preserve their beauty and longevity, we recommend gently hand washing the product separately, only as and when needed, in cold water using mild soap or detergents. Dry the product in the shade and avoid direct sunlight. If required, use a medium-heat iron. Treat these pieces with love and care, and they will stay with you beautifully for years to come.

Once you place your order, you can write to us at info@meluku.in with your order ID and customization request. We will get back to you regarding whether the requested customization is possible.

As all our products are specially made to order, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing your order.

At the moment, we do not accept wholesale orders. Meluku believes in creating slowly and thoughtfully, with each product made in small quantities and with individual attention.

We currently do not offer regular discounts or sales. Any special offers, promotions, or sale announcements will only be communicated through our official website or Instagram page.

Authentic Meluku products are available only through our official website, our Instagram page, and select exhibitions or pop-ups under the Meluku name. We do not sell through any third-party sellers or marketplaces. Any similar-looking products available elsewhere are not associated with Meluku.

Currently, we do not take orders for kidswear or children’s customizations. However, it is something we would love to explore in the future. Any updates regarding kidswear collections or custom orders will be announced through our Instagram page and official website.
